The year 2020 was heavily defined by the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to global social and economic disruption, mass cancellations and postponements of events, worldwide lockdowns and the largest economic recession since the Great Depression in the 1930s.[1]  At B2 Oil & Gas Project Limited, we are grateful that we survived the year 2020. in spite of all that happened globally, we were able to deliver on our essential projects of waste management and district security services.

B2 did not record any casualty weather due to the pandemic or any workplace assident. Management we prompt to initiate the company’s continuity plan and enact a COVID-19 policy that was made available company-wide.

May 2021 be better than 2020 in all ramification.

We are all being paid

Yes, the COVID-19 pandemic that started in late 2019 and dominated the world last year (2020) may have imparted the resources of b2 but it has not pulled us down. Apart from those personnel on essential duties, the rest of the company staff were working remotely from their homes and they were all paid their full benefits, yes, there were no deductions of any form.

B2 oil & Gas recognised that the times were hard and made the decision to support her staff by paying them their full wages. The company also did not drop or lay off any staff.

As we continue this journey in 2021, we will like to encourage all employees to reciprocate this kind gesture by putting in their best toward achieving the goal of the company and remain committed to the mission and vision of the company.
