Our Procurement Policy

It is B2 policy to procure goods and services in an ethical manner, using sound business practices, from sources that provide maximum value for each expenditure, taking into consideration of quality, price, delivery, reliability and
applicable law and regulations.
The policy applies to the procurement of goods and services for B2 accounts and directs that all procurement and acquisition activities be performed by qualified individuals specifically delegated the authority and accountability for acquisition and procurement functions. In addition, all procurement operations shall adhere to accepted ethical standards; comply with approved procurement policy and systems of internal control.
B2 will standardize on materials across similar product groups to reduce spares inventory, benefit from economy of scale and utilize materials which have been successfully utilized in existing company operations, and will ensure that full and fair opportunity is given to all registered Nigerian suppliers to
develop local market.
